The Chef arrives 1-1.5 hrs before the occasion.
SERVING: Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, & San Diego County.
Set & Platter Service:
We'll have a majority of the sushi prep completed beforehand. Upon arrival, it usually takes around 1-1.5hrs for final setup + plating.
What We Need:
All we ask from you is that an adequate amount of space to prepare everything is available.
